Our Commitment

At Levocell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you may be eligible to return the product in accordance with the policy outlined below.

30-Day Returns Policy

Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

Uninstalled Products

If the product has not been installed, commissioned, or used, you may be eligible for a full refund, provided you inform Levocell within 30 days of receiving the item(s). To be eligible for a return, products must be returned in accordance with the conditions set out below. Returned items must:

  • Be in their original condition
  • Include all supplied accessories and documentation
  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Show no signs of damage, modification, or misuse

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund request will be reviewed in accordance with this policy and the terms of your purchase agreement.

Installed Products

If the product has already been installed and you subsequently change your mind, you may still be eligible to return the item, provided you inform Levocell within 30 days of receiving the item(s) and:

  • The product is fully functional
  • The product has not been damaged, altered, or misused
  • All supplied accessories and components are returned

Please note that a restoration, inspection, handling, or reconditioning fee may apply where products have been installed or used prior to return. The applicable fee will depend on the condition of the returned product and any work required to restore it for resale.

Exclusions

Returns may not be accepted where:

  • The return request falls outside the 30-day notification period
  • Products have been damaged after delivery
  • Components are missing
  • Products have been modified or altered
  • Damage has occurred as a result of incorrect installation or misuse

To initiate a return, please contact Levocell within 30 days of receiving the item(s) by emailing info@levocell.ai. Please include:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Order number
  • Product purchased
  • Reason for return
  • Relevant photographs (if applicable)

Our team will review your request and, where eligible, provide further return instructions.
